TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all individuals who register for, attend, sponsor, or otherwise participate in any event, conference, exhibition, congress, or related activity (“Event”), whether in person or virtually.
By submitting a registration, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ATTENDANCE
By registering for the Event, you confirm that you belong to the professional, academic, or industry-related categories for which the Event is intended.
The Event is not intended for the general public unless explicitly stated.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any individual who does not meet eligibility requirements or violates these Terms.
2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
- All fees are correct at the time of publication.
- Prices may be modified at any time without affecting confirmed registrations.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges are payable by the attendee.
- Discounts are valid only at the time of registration and cannot be combined.
- Full payment must be received within the specified timeframes to qualify for any discounted rate.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of registration without notice.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
All registration fees are non-refundable, unless the Event is canceled or rescheduled by the Organizer.
If the Event is rescheduled and the attendee is unable to attend on the new date, the Organizer may, at its discretion, refund the registration fee paid.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
- Non-attendance
- Visa refusal
- Travel disruption
- Personal circumstances
4. THIRD-PARTY & GROUP REGISTRATION
If you register on behalf of another individual, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the registered person agrees to these Terms.
The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration and reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations with inaccurate data.
5. EVENT ACCESS & IDENTIFICATION
- Access may be controlled using digital or physical credentials.
- Attendees must present valid identification upon request.
- Credentials are personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared.
- The Organizer reserves the right to deny access if misuse is detected.
6. PROGRAM CHANGES
The Organizer reserves the right to modify:
- Speakers
- Program content
- Schedule
- Venue
- Event format
Such changes do not entitle attendees to refunds or compensation.
7. SPEAKER NON-APPEARANCE
The Organizer is not liable for the absence, substitution, or cancellation of any speaker due to illness, travel issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the Event caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War or terrorism
- Government restrictions
- Health emergencies or pandemics
- Power or infrastructure failure
No liability shall arise from such events.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING & MEDIA USE
- Unauthorized recording, filming, or broadcasting is prohibited.
- Official photography and videography may take place.
- By attending, you grant the Organizer the right to use images or recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Attendees may notify staff if they wish to opt out of official photography where feasible.
10. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Distribution of promotional materials or marketing activity within or around the Event venue is prohibited without prior written approval from the Organizer.
11. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Personal data may be collected for:
- Registration processing
- Event communication
- Operational and marketing purposes
Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Attendees may request access, correction, or opt-out of communications at any time.
12. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Personal information may be shared only with:
- Authorized service providers
- Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law
- Affiliates for event-related communication
Data will not be sold to third parties.
13. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
Attendance is at your own risk.
The Organizer shall not be liable for:
- Injury
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Indirect or consequential losses
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for registration, to the extent permitted by law.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Event-related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event is organized.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
16. AMENDMENTS
The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The version in effect at the time of registration shall apply.
17. ACCEPTANCE
By registering for or attending the Event, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
